Australian Orders

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $350 AUD. If you are in Melbourne, Australia we also have a free click and collect option at the checkout.

International Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all international orders outside of Australia.

We’ve temporarily paused deliveries to the United States while we adjust to recent tariff changes.

For other countries, duties and taxes will be payable to customs on top of the order amount when the goods arrive in your country. Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases made online vary from country to country. You may contact your local customs offices for more information.  

All of our international customers will see prices that relate to their country however our base price is the Australian Dollar so as the exchange rate fluctuates, the international price may change a little.

We provide an approximate delivery week for pre-orders. Please note that this is an indication only and whilst we aim to deliver on schedule we are not responsible or liable for any delays that may occur. We accept no fault or liability for any losses you may incur due to a delay.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that items purchased in our clearance sales such as Midseason Sale, Holiday Sale, End of Season, EOFY, Warehouse Sale, Flash Sales, Black Friday and the Boxing Day Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you’re not completely happy with your order, full price online purchases made via credit card can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days provided the item(s) is unused and the garment tag or packaging is intact. Item(s) that are not in original condition will not be accepted. All earring purchases are final for hygienic reasons.
