Can I return/exchange my order?
If you’re not completely happy with your order, full price online purchases made via credit card can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days provided the item(s) is unused and the garment tag or packaging is intact. Item(s) that are not in original condition will not be accepted. All earring purchases are final for hygienic reasons.
If you prefer to use our Afterpay payment facility or purchase any item(s) with a promotional code or on a spend and save offer and change your mind after receiving the item(s), we can exchange but not refund your order. This excludes new subscriber or birthday promotional codes, in which case we will happily exchange and/or refund.
If you have purchased in our studio store we accept exchanges for change of mind on full price item(s) but do not refund. If you would prefer to wait for an item we can issue a credit note.
Items purchased in our clearance sales such as Midseason Sale, Holiday Sale, End of Season, EOFY, Warehouse Sale, Flash Sales, Black Friday and the Boxing Day Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International returns
International orders will not be provided with a returns label from Banded Together. Please ship your return to the below address using a traceable carrier service of your own choice at your own expense. You will not be charged any additional returns fees by Banded Together. Please use our return portal which will guide you through the approval process and provide detailed instructions on how to return your parcel.

Please note, it is important that you choose a registered, traceable postage service with a reputable postage provider. Banded Together is unable to provide a refund or credit for any packages that do not arrive safely to our warehouse.
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of delivery back to our warehouse for your return to be processed.
If we receive a return for an item marked final sale you will be contacted to arrange for it to be re-shipped to you.
We are unable to facilitate exchanges for international orders. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or credit in accordance with our return conditions.
Please note that any related duties and/or taxes imposed by your local government on your order are non-refundable in the event the order is returned.
What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
All our items are thoroughly checked and we strive to ensure that they are sold to you with the highest standard and quality. However, if you do have a concern, please let us know by selecting the appropriate option during the exchange/return process so that we can review the matter.
We must be made aware of any damage or fault within 10 days of receipt of the order.
Do I pay return shipping?
The shipping cost of returning item(s) to the warehouse for an exchange or refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. However, if you request an exchange, we will arrange free shipping of the new item to you on the first exchange only.

Once the item(s) have been received and they meet all conditions, you will either receive your new item, credit note or full refund (whichever is applicable).
