Exchanging or returning an item couldn’t be easier. Here’s how we can help:

Lodge a return 

 

  1. Returns and exchanges must be processed through our portal or instore. Items sent directly to us without using the portal will not be accepted. 
  2. Click the button above and follow the steps for approval and detailed instructions.
  3. Choose the return option that applies to your location:

Australian Returns

  • Purchase and print a prepaid Australia Post return label for $12 AUD through our portal.
  • Drop your parcel off at any post office or post box.

USA Returns

  • Starting 16th December 2024, USA customers can purchase and print a prepaid FedEx return label for US$25 through our portal.
  • Drop your parcel off at your nearest FedEx drop-off location.

Other Countries

  • Visit our Return Portal to lodge your return.
  • Send your parcel back to us using your own registered, trackable postage service. Detailed instructions will be provided during the return process on the portal.
  • Keep your tracking information safe, as we cannot issue refunds or credits for packages that fail to arrive at our warehouse.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days after delivery for your return to be processed.

Returns Policy

Online Orders

Full-Price Purchases:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original condition (with garment tags or packaging intact).
  • Refunds are available for purchases made via credit card.
  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

Afterpay or Promotional Code Purchases:

  • We’ll happily exchange or issue a credit note but cannot offer refunds.
  • Exceptions: The USA Spend and Save Promotion 2024, new subscriber promo codes, and birthday promo codes allow for refunds or exchanges.

Studio Store Purchases

  • We offer exchanges only or a credit note for change-of-mind returns on full-price items.

Final Sale Items (Online and In-Store)

  • Items purchased during clearance events (e.g., Midseason Sale, Holiday Sale, EOFY, Boxing Day) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, let us know via the return process within 10 days so we can review the issue.
  • We’ll work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
