2024 Holiday Shipping Schedule
Between December 18th and 24th, all orders will be dispatched via express post to ensure the fastest delivery possible.*
Free shipping for orders over $350 will continue to apply. Standard shipping rates will apply at checkout for orders under $350, but will be shipped via express post.
All orders made from Dec 25th to Jan 1st will be fulfilled by Jan 2nd.
*While we will do our best to expedite shipments during this time, we cannot guarantee arrival before Christmas.
Australian Orders
We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $350 AUD. If you are in Melbourne, Australia we also have a free click and collect option at the checkout.

International Orders
We offer free standard shipping on all international orders outside of Australia.
There are currently no duties and taxes payable from Australia to USA. This may change over time.
For other countries, duties and taxes will be payable to customs on top of the order amount when the goods arrive in your country. Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases made online vary from country to country. You can contact your local customs offices for more information.

All of our international customers will see prices that relate to their country however our base price is the Australian Dollar so as the exchange rate fluctuates, the international price may change a little.

Returns & Exchanges
Please note that items purchased in our clearance sales such as Midseason Sale, Holiday Sale, End of Season, EOFY, Warehouse Sale, Flash Sales, Black Friday and the Boxing Day Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you’re not completely happy with your order, full price online purchases made via credit card can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days provided the item(s) is unused and the garment tag or packaging is intact. Item(s) that are not in original condition will not be accepted. All earring purchases are final for hygienic reasons.
