We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $500 AUD. If you are in Melbourne, Australia we also have a free click and collect option at the checkout.

International Orders

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all international orders outside of Australia.

For customers outside USA: Duties and taxes may apply and are payable upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs authority, as all shipments are sent duty unpaid.

For USA customers: Tariffs are included in the product price. In the event of a return, the tariff portion is not refundable. Please note that Banded Together may update pricing as import regulations change.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that items purchased in our clearance sales such as Midseason Sale, Holiday Sale, End of Season, EOFY, Warehouse Sale, Flash Sales, Black Friday and the Boxing Day Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you’re not completely happy with your order, full price online purchases made via credit card can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days provided the item(s) is unused and the garment tag or packaging is intact. Item(s) that are not in original condition will not be accepted. All earring purchases are final for hygienic reasons.

For USA customers: Please note that the tariff portion of your order is not refundable in the case of a return for a refund. You may refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
