International Orders
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all international orders outside of Australia.
For customers outside USA: Duties and taxes may apply and are payable upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs authority, as all shipments are sent duty unpaid.
For USA customers: The current 10% tariffs are included in the product price. In the event of a return, the tariff portion is not refundable. Please note that Banded Together may update pricing as import regulations change.

We provide an approximate delivery week for pre-orders. Please note that this is an indication only and whilst we aim to deliver on schedule we are not responsible or liable for any delays that may occur. We accept no fault or liability for any losses you may incur due to a delay.

Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased in the current Spend and Save 'High Summer' edit that are not marked final sale can be exchanged for size or other items in the edit. Credit notes will not be available.
Other purchases -
If you’re not completely happy with your order, full price online purchases made via credit card can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days provided the item(s) is unused and the garment tag or packaging is intact. Item(s) that are not in original condition will not be accepted. All earring purchases are final for hygienic reasons.
AfterPay: We’ll happily exchange or issue a credit note but cannot offer refunds for purchases made with AfterPay.
Please note that items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
For USA customers: Please note that the tariff portion of your order is not refundable in the case of a return for a refund. You may refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
