Designer's Notes

Not your ordinary cut skirt. The Circle Skirt is a maxi skirt that hits above the ankle with a flattering flat panel that falls into a full skirt. Crafted from our exclusive Japanses technical cotton, it's perfected with the Omi Sarashi method, giving it a distinct parachute-like, washed hand feel.

This is the piece you will turn to when you need a basic that has something to say. Reminiscent of our Circle Skirt made a few years ago that has been our most requested style to bring back.

Perfect in Black Fig, a muted, dusty reddish-brown with soft purple undertones. It’s a versatile neutral that pairs easily with both lighter and darker shades.

Enjoy wearing it summer with a fitted tee and in winter with an oversized knit.

    Have worn so much more than I thought I would have

    I bought this to match the gorgeous shirt I had purchased earlier and in the end have worn this almost every second day since. It it so flattering as it hugs the hips and then only starts turning into an A line around thigh height. I love it. Im a smallish size 12 and bought a medium . Love the softness of the denim and the colour is spot on. Not sure I want to wear jeans again - this skirt is better than my other denim.

    Stunning Japanese Denim

    I bought the Japanese denim skirt and I couldn’t be happier. The medium fitted perfectly so the size description was completely accurate. It is so soft and falls beautifully and the colour is that true indigo that the Japanese denim is known for. I love it. Just waiting for the shirt to arrive to complete the outfit that can be dressed up or down to any occasion

    Excellent skirt

    I ordered this a while ago but had to wait to get it tailored and taken in at the hips and nipped at the waist so wore it for the first time today. I find sizing really hard to get right with Banded Together but tailoring is always makes my purchases worth it due to the great design and fabrics (at the same time I had this skirt taken in I also had an older Banded Together skirt in the same size let out - the waist difference especially (both size S) was huge). Now I have this gorgeous skirt that’s an unusual colour and made in superb cotton and looks and feels wonderful.
